MAGNIFIED CLEANING SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Service Agreement is made between Magnified Cleaning and the Client. By scheduling a service with the Company, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Estimates & Additional Costs
1.1. Quotes and estimated cleaning times are only estimates and may vary based on the condition and size of the property. 1.2. If additional time is required to complete the cleaning, the Client will have the option to purchase extra time at the rate of $35 per hour.
2. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling
2.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule a service at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. 2.2. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge. 2.3. If the Company must reschedule due to an emergency, it reserves the right to do so without penalty. 2.4. If the cleaners arrive at the scheduled time but are unable to access the property due to a lack of entry instructions or locked doors, a $100 fee will be charged, and the cleaning will be cancelled. 2.5. I understand that there is a one-hour arrival window. 2.6. by submitting this form, you consent to receive messages from Magnified Cleaning at the number provided
3. Access & Security
3.1. The Client must ensure that cleaners have access to the property at the scheduled time. 3.2. The Company is not responsible for security breaches due to Client-provided keys, alarm codes, or other access methods. 3.3. Any provided access details (keys, alarm codes) will be handled securely and returned upon termination of services.
4. Liability & Damage
4.1. The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly installed fixtures. 4.2. Any damage caused by the Company’s employees or contractors must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. 4.3. The Client must ensure that utilities such as water and electricity are accessible if required for cleaning. 4.4. Any valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items should be stored away before the cleaning service begins. 4.5. While care is taken by Magnified Cleaning, any pre-existing damages to property are not the Company's responsibility.
5. Theft & Liability
5.1. Magnified Cleaning is not responsible for missing items unless proven to be taken by our staff. 5.2. The Client is responsible for securing valuables before service begins.
6. Pets & Client Responsibilities
6.1. Clients must ensure that pets are secured during cleaning services. 6.2. Clients must ensure that their property is safe to enter (e.g., valuables stored, no hazardous conditions).
7. Extreme Conditions Clause
7.1. If the property is in extreme condition (e.g., excessive clutter, hoarding, biohazards), the Company reserves the right to refuse service or adjust pricing accordingly.
8. Payments
8.1. Payment is processed after booking but charged after the cleaning service has been completed. 8.2. The Client agrees to the charges based on the initial quote and any additional time requested. 8.2. Payment must be made before the cleaning has begun.
9. Client & Cleaner Conduct
9.1. If the Client has an issue with a referred cleaner, they may contact the Company to request a replacement. 9.2. If either party (Client or Company) is disrespected or conflict arises, disengagement of services is encouraged. 9.3. The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, harassment, or unsafe working conditions. 9.4. I understand that the cleaner is an independent worker and not an employee of Magnified Cleaning Experts. If I have any issues with my referred cleaner, I can contact Magnified Cleaning, and they'll fix it. 9.5. I understand I'll be matched with one cleaner or a two-cleaning team.
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
10.1. The Company respects Client privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties. 10.2. By signing or accepting the terms of this Service Client Agreement, you, the client, acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which will apply to all cleaning services provided by Magnified Cleaning Experts, including any future or recurring routine cleans.
